Chevrolet 1999 Lumina
Does anyone know what I need to get my Lumina to go into Park. Somehow the shift gears are off by one and REVERSE is in the P(park), neutral is in the R(rear) and so forth. Help if you can.

You either need to check your shift linkage at the trans and make sure it isn't lose, or adjust the cable, or replace it. I believe the adjustment is at the trans where the cable hooks up to a bracket on top of the trans.
