I have a 2011 6.0 2500HD with 180k miles, my truck is shaking it struggles to get up to speed, it throws the check engine light on-blinking it throws the traction controll light on and the Stabilitrak Light on what could cause this

 

A lot of things. The warning lights are on because the computer detected a fault. To find out what that fault is, you need to run a diagnostic scan. When the lights flash at you, it means stop driving now or damage could result.

Judging from the symptoms you describe it's probably going to be a misfire (which also has many causes). Get the scan first. It's free at most auto part stores.
