Chevy Tahoe Key Turn Problem

I have a 2002 Chevy Tahoe and went to start it this morning and could not get the key to turn in the ignition. The steering wheel is not locked and it is in park. I have tried 2 different keys with no luck. Any suggestions?

Did you ever get this problem resolved? I have an 02 impala with the same problem.
