Why would my truck go to reduced power mode? It was driving fine all day.

Sorry for the short question and details. My truck is a 2003 chevy 1500hd crew cab 4x4 with a 6.0 and a automatic 4l80e. No internal mods to the engine. I have electric fans, cold air kit, throttle body spacer, 2 in 2 out flowmaster dumped before the rearend, 7.5mm plug wire's, performance plugs, hypertec programmer, after market rims with a 2" leveling kit, 305 70 r16 at's. My truck ran fine today. Yesterday was the first time it has ever went to a reduced power mode and i didnt and still dont know why it did that. If any body has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!

Oh yeah my truck has 145000 miles on it. I have never changed out the o2 sensor's. I do change the fuel filter about ever 50,000 miles or so. I change my oil and try to maintain my truck my self. I also have put a powermaster 205amp alternator on it.

My truck did that when it burned up a spark plug wire, went straight to the dealership, I only had 6,000miles or so at the time, also if the MAF sensor is disconnected it'll do it, along with many other things that could cause it.
