Vehicle is a 2000 Tahoe Z71 Old body style 5.7L, I recently replaced the distributor, vehicle starts and runs fine however, give a P1345 code "Manufacturer Control Ignition System or Misfire" vehicle revs fine to 5k rpm, no sputtering. I can erase code but comes back. Does anyone have a remedy for this? I/M monitor for misfire says "ok"
