Unhappy Dash information Display Malfunction

Malfunction of the odometer display bar on my 2007 HD2500. I tried to reset my trip mileage and the language choices started flashing and has not stopped. Now I cannot check my mileage or MPG or other information that displays electronicly across this panel. Any Ideas?

Its a shotgun approach but, might try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and see if it recovers....
I'd then try checking the connections on the DIC buttons and the back of the IP...

I tried disconnecting the battery for a reset but no change. I don't know what the abbreviations are DIC and IP sorry.

DIC= Driver Information Center (button) IP = Instrument Panel :-)
It might be worth a trip to the dealer to see if they can reprogram it...

Dan55,

Sorry to hear that the battery disconnect didn't resolve your flashing dash! in2pro recommended a dealer visit; let us know if you decide to go this route as we're available to provide any additional support you may need.

Yes, that is what I will probably do. I live at Norman, OK 73026
Bought my truck at Knipplemier Cherolet in Blanchard, OK and will most likely take it there.
