Question Doing major tuneup/preventative maintenance to 1995 Chevrolet G20 Van

I just bought a 1995 Chevy G20 with 98k miles. I'm going to convert it into a full-time camper and I'm looking to do a major tuneup/overhaul of it.I am mechanically inclined so I would be doing all the work myself. I don't know if I'm going overboard but here is what I was thinking of replacing:
  • All brake components, change brake fluid
  • Leaf springs, shocks, struts, bushings, etc.
  • Battery (has a little trouble cranking)
  • Distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs, spark plug wires
  • Water Pump
  • Thermostat
  • Drive Belt
  • Fuel Pump w/ housing assembly
  • Fuel Filter
  • Air filter
  • PCV filter
  • Starter
  • Alternator
  • Flush and refill coolant system
  • Change transmission fluid
  • Change differential fluid
  • Change engine oil
  • Change power steering fluid

Please let me know if there's anything I missed. Is this appropriate or is any of this overboard/unnecessary? The only reason I want to do all of this now is to mitigate the risk of ending up on the side of the road with the only vehicle I have and that is my home. All the parts I use will be OEM or high performance parts, nothing aftermarket. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Change the fluids. Otherwise, if it aint broke, don't fix it.
