I have a 2014 chevy Malibu and every time someone sit on passenger side seat the dash functions and radio screen turns off. If they get up it will start right back up. Also when this happens the a/c will not work it'll still blow air but not cold. has anyone went through this or does anyone have an answer for this?

 

There is at least one maybe more electrical plugs under the seat. Check those for damaged plugs or wires that may cause a short when some one sits on the seat.

 

Would I be able to get to those plugs and or wires without removing the seat?

 

You might be able to see them but not sure if you can totally inspect them. I am not familiar with the 2014 Malibu.
