Hello, I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado. When I first got the truck I noticed that the power mirrors would only move up and left. A few months later the rear windows went out (not the motors tested them and they worked with an external power source). A few months later my cruise control began to be intermittent. Now my stereo just went out. Its really weird and really frustrating. I want to say it is a wire harness that is getting looser and looser however I am not sure and not sure where to begin to look.

check for body dtc for the radio and cruise systems. you will need a full function scan tool.


brake switches are a common fault for inop cruise.




for the mirrors and windows start by testing for power out of the master switch driver door module. you will need a wiring diagram.
