Hi everyone, I have 1989 Chevy k1500 5.7L. I want to put the engine from the 1989 in a 1995 GMC k1500 that had a 5.7L in it. I know 1996 GM went to the Vortec engine so i'm hoping this will work. Will i need to change any wiring harnesses or make any modifications for this to work?

I think if they are both TBI then you can just do it.
