Default Engine wont start. . .

Just did a 350 vortec engine swap in a 99 tahoe. My old engine threw a rod but still ran when I pulled it into the garage. Took the old engine out and put the new one in with no problems except now it wont start! From what I can tell I am not getting any spark to the plugs. Checked the coil, with the key in the on position I am getting 12V and the coil wire ohms out good too. Had the ignition control module checked and it is good. The rotor and cap is brand new and distributor is set at top dead center. Brand new spark plugs and I am getting sufficient fuel to the cylinders. I am stumped!!!! Any thing helps!!! Thanks!!!
