Default Fault code P0053

Hi all.
I own a 2005 Silverado 1500 5.3 here in England so not many people to turn to for help.
I keep getting a fault code P0053 ( bank 1 sensor 1 ) come up
I’ve changed the O2 sensors and checked the voltage to the heater side, which is ok, but still keep getting the fault code appear.
Would it possible that the fuel press regulator is faulty causing this or am I looking in the wrong place.
Thanks in advance for any advice
Mark.

Check the wiring to the O2 sensor for any damage. Also check for exhaust or vacuum leaks. The fuel pressure regulator is a possibility.
