Default fuel pressure, tbi questions

i have a 91 camaro rs with a 383 stroker. it has a .495 lift cam, 305 heads, stock intake, 350 throttle body. i had a custom chip made for this set up. im running rich but have low fuel pressure. the fuel pump itself shows 10lbs of pressure, when running it also shows 10lbs. i have rebuilt the throttle body. there are no trouble codes showing. any suggestions? thanks

Who did the chip burn??.When you say your rich...........your not tell us about a fuel map at what RPM.Remember that ECM also involves ignition timing and advance.I'll get you the name of the company that eliminates chips completely so you can tune live. But they are costing about $490.00.

Well here it is in any case:
