Gas filler neck leak?

Gas filler neck leak?
Hi all,
I have a 98 chevy Lumina that has a leak in the gas neck filler. Would that also be causing my P0401 error? Is best to replace gas filler neck or do they make a small piece of fule line hose to put in place.

Greetings Joe, welcome to the Forum.
I"m not sure about the Code, or if they make a sleeve kit for that, but it sure seems that it would be a lot cheaper, to buy a couple inches of hose and a couple clamps, or, some JB Weld and go that route.
