I have an GM Tech2 diagnostic tools with Candi, pc connect cable ,TIS2000 software , a 32MB re-writable memory card , but there is only a Opel 2007 software in the memory card currently .I want to know how can I get my memory card upgrade ,I want to have the OPEL software cover from 1986-2009 , Spanish language will be better. THX

take it to a dealer......they can upgrade the info on the card...don't know what they're going to charge you though

 

Thank you for your answer Shawnvw ,but I didn't buy this GM Tech2 from deal , I buy it from a friend ,who is clone dealer level tools ,but he didn't provide me the Opel software . unfortunately, the only way to update the cards in the tech2,(to my knowledge), is by connecting the tech2 to a GM computer(TIS2WEB) and downloading the update from their website.

You used to be able to copy the sim cards in them, but they have disabled this feature about a year ago


Take the card out of the tech2, and see if the dealer will program just the card without having the tech2 there
