Default Help!!!

i have a 1988 chevy 1500 4x4 the fuel pump went out yesterday and i was gonna take the bed off to replace it but i cant find any bed bolts does anyone know where they are or have any suggestions of an easier way?

to get the fuel pump out!!but already dropped the tank and now its hung up on something what do u disconnect to drop the tank all the way down or how do u get in there to do it?

ok so i got the tank dropped and the old fuel pump out and put the new one in and changed all the relays and all and it still wont crank any suggestions?

I didn't think stock electric fuel pumps where out until the 90's?

Well, is it carb'ed? Pull the fuel line off the carb with a cup or pail to catch gas in, turn key see if it is pumping at all. Did you check it before you installed it? With key on can you hear anything from it? It could be electrical as in connection. Could also be something blocking the suction line.
