Default HELP: Error P0201, P0203, P0205, P0207, P0300

I have a 2007 Chevy Avalanche 5.3 and it just started running really rough at idle speed yesterday so I parked it. The traction control and check engine light came on and flashed. It came back with error P0201, P0203, P0205, P0207, P0300. I am just looking for feedback for where I should start with this problem. My guess is its probably a bad ECM, but could be a bad ground? The entire drivers side is not firing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I know it has been a while. Did you ever find the resolution for this? I am having the exact same problem and since it is intermittent, they can’t get it to duplicate when they have it.
