hi new to site just need a bit off help as have a truck with 383 stroker motor my question is it has a moroso sump witch is 7quarts is that with or without oil filter taken into account as dont want to put to much oil in as to wash crank thx for any help

 

Put in 3-4 qt's, measure with dipstick, add as needed.

 

Wouldn't he need a new dipstick, Kevinkpk?

That is of course if it didn't come with a new one calibrated for his large oil pan?
