Ignition switch Tumblr position???
03 Silverado 5.3 dose anyone no how many clicks the wheel Tumblr is supposed to be sum fumbass wasn't paying no attention to wat position the old one came out in and I've adjusted both by now to were I thought itwas was supposed to be but the key doesn't have that resistance like wen u crank it over to the start position n it springs back just alil Iv been reading I been watching YouTube vids this is not my first time around this block... Of some of the things I have found out by doing such research like if the Tumblr isnt in the right position it could throw the alignment off between switch n the lock cylinder and create a no crank or parasitic drain... And fair warning rn I already played with wayyyyyyu to many dam wires to dive into more .... Noing now wat I didn't then my main prob had to do w a missing fn mega fuse I didn't know about...m 😡😡😡😡 so anyone with any kinda helpful hints would b freaking AWSOME RN ty lol

You need to have the key in the Run position (the last click before Start) when you install the tumbler into the column. The actuator pin must be aligned. If it's off, it'll cause the exact issues you're having. Pull it and try reinstalling it with the key turned to that position.
