Default Leaking tonneau cover 2019 silverado

Hey guys this is my first post
I have a 2019 Silverado 8 ft box, I have an expensive folding hard top cover that has leaked since I got it. I have brought it in and they said they adjusted it. But leaking has got very bad to the point where I can’t keep tools in it when it rains. The dealership told me that a little leaking is normal which I get but does this look like Normal leaking? It’s my first cover. The other pictures are of my drop cloths that soaked up probably 80 percent of the water.
