Car is definitely reflecting in performance. Seems like 2nd or 3rd gear there is a 4~ second delay of increased power.

Anyone have any ideas?

Turbocharger kicking in likely. You just are not used to that.

Take good care of your motor oil as TB's decrease oil life.

Turbo's are NOT cheap to keep at all and very expensive.
