Default Looking to get more power out of my 350

I have a stock 350 with TBI. My only preformance upgrades are a K&N filter, headers, straight pipes and glasspacks. Mobil 1 oil with wix filter. Its got decent power being stock, but I want more. Is there a way I can get more power with out spending a whole lot. No like 2 day projects or anything but are there small things I can do to make it better?

Thanks,
Aaron

rebuild the motor so you can start from scratch with maximum performance in mind. Otherwise, forget it. 250K miles? Why bother? Open that sucker up and then start from anew with a plan on making a horsepower player.

You're running glasspack mufflers? I've learned that straight-thru mufflers are actually more restrictive, not less. They don't allow efficient exhaust flow, I guess. I run the Turbo mufflers, 2 1/4" in and out, 2 1/4" exhaust pipes on long tube headers with a crossover balance pipe, and I get full flow all the way up through my RPM range. I have not run Flowmasters, kind of a budget thing, but they get good reports from owners. If you're running glasspacks, you might ask around about their flow characteristics vs: turbo or Flowmaster? It worked for me, no doubt. Dramatic improvement.

You can install roller tip rockers like the ones below for around $250 and you will gain about 15-30 HP out of your engine. usually this is a 1 day job, and well worth it!
