While I would think most dealers would have the information available to furnish you with a new key, it is the generally accepted policy of most dealerships not to carry unpopular parts over ten years old. Call your local dealer, see if they can help you, if they can't , they probably can tell you who to order it through.
It's highly unlikely your key has a chip in it.
