ok guys i know its been a LONGGGGGGGGG time.. i'v been busy and stuff..plus i got a new toy.. anyway i have a older 350 i want to get some hp outta it... im thinking a couple things
1 would be bored over .20,bigger cam (not too big still streetable) and head work..
or should i just go 383 stroker and head work plus a mild cam?

Like always,it is how fast do you want to go(and how much torque) and how much do you want to spend??. Kind of a odd size you chosen with .020 over when the standard is .030.If it is a 383,then do yourself a favor and stay far, far, away from the cheap Chinese junk like Eagle.Lots of posts in the engine section about why.

383 huh.Well Howards has a really good rotating assembly that is worth the money. All American made with a forge crank. You can look at up at:
www.competition products.com
Seems everyone who is anyone has made the move to 6" rods because it is more stable for the longer stroke.

You need to make some basic choices about C/R,heads,cam,etc.Look at the Howards dished set up.
