Default motor swap

i have a 89 chevy k2500 single cab long bed with a tbi 350 its a 4wd and has a 5 speed manual.

i put in a rebuilt tbi 350 that i rebuilt in it and now i wanna put a different motor in it that is built with a super charger that im gonna build but my question was, if i can put a 2000 chevy 350 motor in it and modify it some how to work as a tbi or if id have to change my ecu and sensors and all that good stuff. is there a way to work around it to make it work on the tbi system or do i gota do a bunch of conversion?

2000 computer, wire harness, sensors and all are different. there may be aftermarket tbi kits thru holley, edelbrock, but as for stock gm stuff, no its not interchangeable. motor, computer, harness would all have to be changed.
