Having trouble linking the MYCHEVApp and the Onstar account, has anyone else had an issue with this?
I have been on the phone with Onstar and they have sent the instructions several times, which I followed. When i click on the 'link accounts' to be able to use the mobile app, it does not link.
I have deleted the app on my phone and installed it again. I have logged out of the Onstar account on my computer, deleted the cache. Restarted macbook, and stil unable to link the account per their instructions.
Anyone else having an issue?
