For the last two months my 4" MyLink radio/clock will reset when I restart my truck. It will not happen every time but at least once every day or every other day. After a loud pop it will set the clock back to 12am and erase all of my preset stations (FM and XM). Now it won't allow me to preset anything but FM stations.

Things I've researched and tried:
Getting the Dealership to look into it. They couldn't replicate it...or didn't care enough to try.
Cleaning the key and ignition.
Pulling the Radio Fuse and cleaning it off.
Disconnecting the battery for over two minutes.
Reset the Radio to Factory Settings.
Reset XM.

I know others have had issues with it resetting during driving but I have not experienced that. Only on start up.
I don't use the blue tooth, phone or plug in any external.
The outside temp will be displayed and not show any issues while the rest is resetting.

The my link on our 2014 Chevy Tahoe keeps on resetting. It's a real problem with navigation and safety.
