Need advice 2001 chevy 5.7
just bought a 2001 Silverado 1500, with he said a 5.7, but I suspect 4.7.
Anyway, found this plugged vacuum?! He said it was there when he bought it.
Someone help me with what it is, and what it's supposed to be hooked to
