a vehical hit my neighboors house today and took off. they smashed into a cement flower bed and broke that and the inside wall. the vehical left 2 metal squares with the checy symbol in the middle. does anyone know what they could have come off of. the bed is about 1.5 feet high and not much of the car was left behind. any help would be great. the car was also poring out oil after it hit the bed.
