I am needing help getting the VIS VIN for this corvette i'm looking at VIN # 1G1YY22G4Y5120537

the auction says its and automatic but it looks like a 6 speed manual and i want a manual so i wanted to confirm before i bid thanks

I'm getting an array of various data on your vin. You might try searching chevrolet vin, and expect to pay a fee for records. Note it could have an automatic or manual transmission, that's part of the report I assume will come with $ to get it. I did see there was a recall notice on the 2000 vette.

 

This is what I got from the forum vin decoder, it matches some of the other's I have checked. Note you can click on the vin it should go to the forum decoder, in your case it didn't. I copy/pasted the vin in the forum decoder, this came up.
