Default Newbie w/problem w/ heated seats in '08 impala

Hi I have a 2008 chevy impala with heated seats. They worked fine then on the way home we put them on .. and the light for the heated seats would go out. Hubby said passenger said was hot but the lights went out. Anyone have any ideas what happened or have this problem?
Thanks
sandy

must have been a fluke thing.. working good now.. thanks
do you know if there is a problem with the brakes on the 08 impalas? My car has been to the dealer a few times for brakes. First time they cut the rotors( may 2010) in july they put new ones on. Then in Aug or Sept(2011) they had to put back brakes on and then it went back in for the same vibration of the wheel shaking.. so they cut the front rotors again.
