Default 04 suburban heated seats problem

My 04 suburban heated seats keep going on, after it rains or when its humid out. Dont know what to do, I had the switches in the doors replaed but that didnt help Is there anyway of just diconnecting them. It happens to the driver side only. I have to place a pillow so it doesnt burn. Its really bad. Also the lights on the door pannel are out I cant tell when the heat is on I only feel the burn. Also my driver side running light keeps going out i changed the bulb but it doesnt work. Do i have to change the whole wiring system for the running light Thanks
