i have a 1995 silverado pu low brake pedal just replaced rear wheel cylinders, brake pads, rear brake lines ,master cylinder, bleed with tech 1 still no pedal garage now telling me i need complete abs unit says code 84 keeps coming up. Help!!!

 

I would bleed the master cylinder again and then the rear wheels before doing anything with the abs unit.
