Hi, I'm rob I'm new to this forum, was hoping I could get some help with this one, my 07 Chevy cobalt ss had nothing wrong with it when I took it off the road,I forgot to start it frequently, so the battery died, I got a new battery, and the car won't start or even click, it says check power steering and and, track off.I tried to use my obd2 scanner to get codes and it says link error, can't get any info from the port, also the drivers side speaker works when it wants to, I can't figure this out, and my Cadillac is a gas drunk: ) so I need my cobalt back, thank you in advance for your time.

 

Don't know how long it sat but I'd start checking the wiring to make sure that some little critters didn't get in there and start nibbling on the wiring harness.
