When I'm driving the is a squeak or rattle noise behind dash it dosent just happen when I hit bumps I can be sitting at a stop light and it is making the noise. I kind of thought it could be the blower motor. But how if I don't have the heat or A/c on. And the A/c dosent even work. It Disney get cold and when I turn it on barely any air comes out of vents. But when I turn heat on air comes out normal. Any ideas??
