Default OBD2 wont link, fuses are good

Truck in my signature. My OBD2 port has power, but will not link to known good scanners. Using a Snap On solus ultra currently, and HP Tuner once the laptop charges. Been looking online, cant find anything other than my ECM has lost the OBD2 pin. Which doesnt make sense in this situation. I have a lot done to this truck, and still tinkering with the tune, so i need this fixed ASAP. Any ideas other than fuses? Checked em all.

Typing from my cell phone, forgive grammatical errors please.

theres nothing in your signature, does it communicate with any modules at all? The serial data line usually goes from the ECM to the DLC and if its damaged you will lose communication to the DLC/scanners. Is the ground at the DLC good?

Gotta figure out my signature... Sorry it took awhile to get back, rarely on a computer anymore. Two things were wrong, one the Solus Ultra was set up incorrectly, and my ECM was locked, but I do believe my ECM is going bad. Got it taken care of for now.

EDIT: Apparently my signature doesnt pop up when I post from my cell phone.
