2003 Chevy Cavalier.......does the ignition key for this model have to have the chip in it for the vehicle to start? It has only a metal key with no chip for the ignition key. sometimes the headlights will stay on with key in the on position and most times the headlights will blink on and then turn off right away without touching the key while in the on position. Can I bypass the passlock system and use the metal key without a chip in it ? Please help and thank you to anyone that can help me in advance.....
