Please Look Up My VIN
Alright, this is the official thread for VIN look-up requests. People often refer to this as "decoding my VIN". Post your VIN number and you will recieve a PM back with a build sheet on your vehicle
In an attempt to avoid the "fly-by-nighters", we are implementing a couple rules.
1. Users must have at least 5 posts. 1 of which being in the new users section introducing yourself and your ride(s). The remaining posts will have to be in any other section either offering advice, asking for advice, or participating in non-technical threads. This will be at our discretion. Posting in old threads or making rediculous posts will not count.
2. Your signature must contain info on your ride(s). year\make\model\engine\suspension\modifications anything that may be helpful in diagnoses. Visit The Chop Shop for custom signatures and avatars
You may post the VIN of any GM vehicle. Not just Chevrolet's. Of course, non-GM vehicles cannot be looked up

I just want to take a second to thank Shawn for providing this option to the members of the forum, you would be amazed how much info is stored in a vin #. It helped me a great deal learning what exactly is in my vehicle.
Thanks Shawn!
Thanks Shawn!
Might wanna read this first...
