Default Poor XM Radio Reception

In the last two weeks I've noticed a significant intermittent degradation of my XM radio reception in my 2010 Suburban. I have experienced a loss of signal on clear days out in the open. Even the direction I'm traveling seems to make a difference N-S is worse than E-W. I drive in NE Florida. Anyone else experienced similar problems recently?

I've always had good luck with xm over the phone. I assume your is built in. I have a skyfi xm reciever that is external. It has an antenna aiming feature, but buit in factory, I don't know. Good to have xm people posting here.
