Default Power To Passenger Side Functions

I just purchased a 2003 Silverado Z71. My issue isthat all the power to the windows, door locks, and the air conditioner lights, along with the interior light when you open the door is not working. The previous owner had installed an amp, horns and the stereo all to the same power souce. I am trying to figure out what might be causing the passenger side problems. The problem also includes my alarm buttons for keyless entry. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have looked at the fuses on the drivers side at everything looks to be in place. Help!! Thanks

When you open either door the lights do not come on. The drivers side windows and locking button work but only for the drivers side. I do not think the passenger side is getting power or something.

I have looked at all the fuses that are installed none of them look bad. The only thing I noticed by looking at the fuse diagram was that the brown box that might need to be is not. I am not sure if this is the whole problem. I mean the group of wires. There are the metal prongs like there is supose to be something plugged into it but nothing is there. The diagram does not state if that runs the passenger side. Nothing works on the passenger side of the truck. I can open only the drivers side window from the drivers side. I have to use the key to lock the truck. There is another panel on the passenger side but I am not sure what all is hooked up there.

Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

try checking the wires that run from the Instrument panel to the door i have seen those wires break or get pinched due to opening and closing of the doors so much. i'm goin to check some schematics and see if i come up with nething to help u out. try checking out the right door circuit breaker that gives power to ur passenger door module (door switch). u could also have a bad passenger door module also. cuz when u press urswitch that's wat sends the signal to lock or unlock ur doors or roll up or down ur window. r u the one doin the testing?

I did the dome light button like you stated. It works now. But only from the drivers side.Took out the door switch panel on passengers side and it does not look like anything is pinched. Thanks. Still working on the other issues. Will the door not working cause the keyless entry not to work?
