Default Power Steering Issue

I just bought a 2012 Silverado with 115k miles on it. I was driving it around and after 3-4 miles the power steering went out. I drove it back home, and turned the truck off. Came back this morning and moved it out of the driveway and it was working again. Fluid is full. Anybody know what the issue could be? I jumpstarted the truck that morning. Not sure if that has anything to do with it though.
Thanks in advance for your help

Probably a vane temporarily stuck.
I'd run a cleaner through it, then change out the Fluid.
(follow the directions !!!)
