Question: Chevrolet Orlando 3rd row seats removal.,
Greetings from icy cold Finland!
I just bought a 2011 Chevrolet Orlando. Really nice car so far, and I'm pretty keen on all the nice features it has.
One thing I kinda dislike, well not dislike, I just don't need it, is the 3rd row of seats.
The question is:
Has anyone removed the 3rd row seats that a re located in the trunk?
Can it be done without taking the car to a service station? And if so, what kind of tools are required?
Is the remaining trunk floor bare metal, so do I need a plywood (or something similar) floor for it?
If you've done this, and have pictures to show, or a story to tell, that would be just dandy.
The trunk is mainly for my dog, who has his cage in it. And the extra seats are just taking space and adding weight.
I tried googling, and there was seriously little info about this.
If someone could tell me something useful, I would greatly appreciate it.

p.s. ADMIN(S) I couldn't find a specific channel for Orlando, so I posted here. Feel free to move this question to a location better suited for it. But if you would be so kind, send me an email as a heads up, when you do. Thanks!
