factory bose stereo quit playing sound on FM side, CD still worked, AM still worked. SEnt it off to be repaired, was told it was inrepairable. Got a "new" remanufactured one, took to dealership to be programmed, they called and said there was no sound coming out. They are right, no chimes either. I am sending stereo back, any ideas before i do?

 

does it hav a external amp?....
