Radio Replacement
First Post.
I have a 2015 Silverado Crew Cab LT. I was having issues with no sound at all during very cold weather. The dealership was very helpful and got me in right away to assess the problem. They said that there was a connection issue and that they replaced the entire radio unit. I really don't have any reason to doubt them except for one thing. When I got in my truck the phone paired right away. Everything else was reset. No radio station presets were there. Best milage numbers were all reset. I just found it odd that I did not have to reconnect my phone via bluetooth.
Does anyone know if that information is stored somewhere else in the vehicle?
Again, the dealership was great with this issue. I guess I could phone them and ask them but thought I would ask here.
Thanks for an insight provided,
David.
