Rattle or Clunk when depressing clutch in first gear - 2016 Camaro 6 Speed Manual
Hello Experts, SWHouston,
I got a new 2016 Camaro SS Manual and it now has close to 300 miles on it. I hear a rattle or clutter every time depress the clutch in first gear at. This is the exact same problem as reported in the following forum

This has been doing from day one and the dealer said it was normal due to the heavy transmission and stuff. I have driven manual transmissions all my life but have not noticed anything like this especially when I am babying the car so much. I understand if you are racing and are too aggressive on the clutch etc. this might happen but at such low speed why is it happening? Is this really normal? This happens in 1st and the little bit when in 2nd but is fine after that.
Please help, I am having sleepless nights
