I own a 1986 Chevy Astro Aerolite R.V.. by Establishment. The right rear axle shaft is spun out and no one in my area seems to know what type of rear end is on this rig. I have been to every parts supplier and salvage yard in the area. so far I know that it is not a standard Astro Van rear end and perhaps a 1/2 ton truck rear end was installed when mfg. This is a real sweet little camper and in great shape for its age. There are very few of these on the road but I can't even find a scraped out rig for parts etc. Does anyone know what type of rear end is on this rig so I can get another right rear axle? The only info I have on the axle is: 28 spline, 31 5/16 length, standard chevy 5 lug, Any help would be great! Thanks!
