Default reverse switch
Hi my name is nick and i am new to the forum i drive a 97 chevy k 1500 4x4 with a 5.7 350 vortec. my reverse light wont work all the electical is sound so the last thing i have to do is change the switch. however i dont know where it is and cant find where it might be on the manual tranny if anyone could help it would really be appreciated

After I power washed the under my truck i found it. It is on the back of the tranny on the drivers side and it just screws right in there and has a plug at the exposed end that resembles and 8 i replaced it and my lights work great now.
