Default Rotors

1947 Chevy Fleetmaster Project.

1988 Chevy Astro (mini-van) 4.75 in 5 lug narrowed 7 inches & fitted on original frame rails.

1985 Camaro Z28 rear disc 4.50 in 5 lug hung from a Ridetech triangulated 4 link.

Question: What Chevy rotor with 4.50 lug pattern will fit on the Astro’s front spindles?

ok i was a dealer mechanic and shady tree

I had the worst time ever replacing rotors on some model Jeep. the widths the parts people gave me were WAY DIFFERENT than Jeeps specs and I think jeeps specs were (either wrong or too close for comfort)

i then ran into a scamster of a mechanic who said he'd cut the rotors to spec AND HE LIED - he did one pass and refused to come within spec unless i paid him 2x.

lesson: it's not always easy unless it's easy if they fit in well then after install, break, and release of caliper your tire should spin without any drag. (unless your calipers are old and sticky and not retracting or are aftermarket - obviously that also matters)

hey do u have aftermarket calipers?

so yea. maybe get them from Advance Auo or Autozone so you can return them. mail order and return shipping might bite you.
