Default Rough idle, really bad gas mileage

I have a 96 Chevy Z71 and it idles rough and has really bad gas mileage. It has been fowling plugs. I've replaced the alternator, plugs, cap, rotor, and distributor. I dont know what to do next. I Need help!!!! Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum...
I believe the 96 had the throttle body injection system, have you inspected the injectors, are they leaking or spraying an inconsistent pattern?

I'd check the idle air control valve and the throttle position sensor as well...

Well I ran a bottle of seafoam through it and it's not leaking. How do I check that sensor and valve?
