Default Sinking Pedal...ABS Problem/Failing?

2006 SILVERADO 2WD 5.3 CREW CAB
ABS and Brakes lights are off.
Check Engine light is on.
Dashboard is working fine.
Master cylinder is working fine.
My brake pedal is hard at the top when the engine is not running but once I start the engine it sinks and is only firm close to the floor.
I tried bleeding the wheels and didn't come fluid from the left front wheel (driver's wheel) but after a couple tries it finally bled.
Anyways, the pedal didn't change so I thought it could be air in the ABS pump and decided to test the ABS by hitting the brakes at some speed and it worked but the driver's wheel is locking.
I'd appreciate any suggestion of what could be the problem or solution.
Thanks.
